Synergy technical solutions Syntec Repair technician causes more damage Boca Raton Florida
We purchased a 50 inch TV Best Buy a little under 2 yrs ago. It came with a 2 yr manufacturers warranty. The circuit board went out in May. We contacted Best Buy that referred us to their Geek squad 1-800-433-5778. The Geek squad contracted a guy name Al from Systec to repair the TV. He came out to our home to repair the TV. Al cracked the screen to the TV after repairing the circuit. He immediately began saying he was in trouble and this was the 4th or 5th TV he has broken and the company will give me a new one so don't worry. He called his supervisor to report the incident. The supervisor reassured me that this will be a smooth process. Weeks went by and we didn't hear from Best buy or Systec. My fiance and I has been calling them both with no luck.
