Sysko Services LLC operated by Frank Espendez -owner (Laveen AZ) A contractor who serviced our AC through our home warranty at our property at Phoenix AZ 85041 on May 26th 2017 is a VERY DISHONEST company. Frank lied that our a) Dual run cap needs to be replaced b) we require 2 lbs of Freon I suspected he was lying when he didn't submit the invoice (past 4-5 days of service) to the home warranty company nor to me. We paid the $70 service fee but no report. He insisted I pay upfront $260 for the 2lbs Freon for our AC and he was coming to pick it up but changed his mind when I informed him that I was 1 hour away from where the property was. He said he was going to do the service right away until when we were informed by the resident that he didn't call or show up. I guess my angels were watching over me! a) He wanted to charge $150/ lb for Freon which we didn't need. ( double of what other AC tech charge) b) replace the Dual run cap which didn't need to be replaced I grew suspicious of Frank so we had a second opinion from another licensed AC technician (whom we've used in past without the home warranty company). 2nd AC company is a very honest company, called "LIKE NO OTHER AC and HEATING" ( Phoenix AZ) and yes their company fits their business style because they are like no other AC and heating. Kris , owner tested in our presence the dual run cap under load (while AC was running) and reported it was running good and Freon is not low. I had to pay another $65 for his second opinion which I am glad I did because who knows what Sysko could be doing behind our backs to cause damage to the AC. I reported this to Landmark Home warranty of Sysko's dishonesty of trying to pull a fast one on us. Their response is they couldn't guarantee they will remove him from their list of contractors. This is why I am reporting this to warn other consumers who may cross paths with SYSKO... Be careful and don't trust this person Frank Espendez DBA Sysko Services LLC. I don't know how anyone like him can sleep at night when they live this kind of life of dishonesty! It will come back in full circle and may it be soon!
