Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
They called me an told me that I was giving a free carpet cleaning by a friend. The funny thing is I new the person but haven't spoke to them in 2 years and weren't that good of a friends. I told them no I wasn't interested on having my carpets clean and they kept telling me they can clean my bed or couch. I told them no i didn't need there services. they were very presistent and they were getting angry with me. I saw that the first time they call, the name wouldn't appear on the caller Id, but wrote down the number and tried to call it back, but it would ring and ring then disconnect.

The second time they called, the name and another phone number appeared and again tried to call it back and the same thing happen. The woman said here name is Michele and she is calling from Chub's carpet cleaning and that they have been in business for 90 years. I couln't even find them on the web or phone book. She said they are out of orange, CT. After tracing the phone number, it turn out to be a phone number from orange, CT without a name. The next time they call, I will give them my lawyer and police phone number. I check everything. Don't beleive them. They are trying to get in your house to ROB YOU!

I have a relative that works for SZ Enterprises and I am shocked to read this from such a misinformed individual.

SZ Enterprises has been in business at the same location in Orange, CT for over 12 years.  They demonstrate and distribute homecare products for the Scott Fetzer Company, a wholely owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.

They work on a referral basis, so yes they would have gotten your name from one of your friends who purchased one of their products, even if it was someone you might not have spoken to in a while.  They follow the  CT Do-Not-Call List rules and do not harrass people into schedule their services.

I know for a fact that ran an extensive background check on my relative when he applied there, as they even called me to check his referrences since he used to work for me.  They do not employ ex-convicts, drug users, etc.

To say they wanted to come to your house to rob you is ludicrious.  They were simply trying to schedule a free demonstration for you to see if you were interested in their products since your friend has bought from them. They should call their lawyers and sue you for slander.
