T & B Sales Bait and switch and a ruined door. Avalon Georgia
Two door to door salesman came to my door. I was expecting my sister, but was surprised to see two men. My dogs were barking like crazy, and my little granddaughter was getting into my front closet. I told them I was not interested, but one of them pulled out a spray bottle, and magically sprayed a bit of the brass on my door. Within a few seconds, the brass was gleaming. I was very impressed, as I have been trying to clean it to gleaming for years. I ended up writing a check for $37.00 to this company. Soon after they left, I tried to clean the rest of my door with this magical product, only to find out that there was no way to clean the brass with this product. I followed the instructions, and tried different dilutions, but it did nothing. I tried to email the company for further information, and never heard back. I stopped payment on my check, and left the bottle on the porch to return to the company. Today I got a call from a check company, trying to collect. I was told to call the company, which I did, only to be told that I should have read the back of the receipt for return info. I am so mad that I plan on doing whatever I need to do to stop them from ripping people off. They used something else in the bottle they used on my door. I have had to purchase several other brass cleaners to even the door out, and nothing is working. They must have been using some toxic chemical in their bottle- and the salesmen were not wearing gloves! I sent them a letter today- Think I'll hear back?

I worked for this company for 4 year's and what they had was steel wool under the towel its a good one to sale on so go to your local hardware store get some steel wool spray wool with water and door handle with water will come right off ...

Hey, i'm in the same boat as you; though I did follow the instructions on the back of the receipt and still being hosed by the company. They have yet to send my refund back and its been over a month. Might have to go to Atlanta and knock on the door
