Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My I-Phone stopped working (Would not log in to Carrier) so I visited T-Moble store on Black Friday.  They pulled my information from the computer and they told me I was in luck as they had a special Balck Friday Deal that I qualified for.  All I had to do is trade in my current phone and on the special deal I would just pay $10 per month for 24 months.  I would see a $24 credit on my statement every month.

I took the dela, payed $180 down payment and sent in my old I-Phone to T-Mobile.  When I received my first bill it was for $27 per month for the phone.  I contacted T-,Obile and they proceeded to tell me thath I needed to change to a plan that would cost me $40 more per month so i can qualify for the discount.  I told them exactly what deal I was offered and I spoke with several managers until the last one told me not to worrie he would fix it and it would be fixed in the next statement.  Next statment showed and still the sam.  Contacted T-Mobile again and after one hour on the phone they told me I had to go to the store where I purchaaed the phone and they would take care of me.  Made an appointment and showed up.  Of course the store manager did not know anything about it.  After 2 hours there she assured me she would take care of the issue but she had to speak to her supervisor.  This was in January.  I have contacted her several times, she even answered a couple of my text messages saying shw was working on it.

Now April and all of my messages are not answered.  T mobile passes the ball to the independent store and the manager and the manager passes the ball back to T-Mobile or she just doesnt answer.  They used a bait and switch tactic to sell me to a new plan that costs $40 more per month and they know if I cancel the plan is breach of contract and they can demand all of the money.  They are a rip off and I am sure I am not the only one they have done this to.
