My daughter and I , went to the T-Mobile Store and bought an Iphone 5. They charged me $197.84 and a case for $37.88. On the website, the price for the Iphone 5 was $99 down payment for the 16GB .
At the same time, he gave me the receipt and he made me sign papers , but he did not give me the full copy of pages and he scratched the PHP Warranty-Premier Devices and all together the bill is $121.12 . Yesterday , i received a bill for $121.08 due by May 20, 2013. On May 6,2013 at 7:00 PM , i went to the same retail store , spoke with Bob and he started to talk loudly to me and humiliated me in front of the customers.
When I explained to Bob what happened , he went to the back of the office and retrieved the original full copy of the papers. When I asked him , how would he feel if someone didn't give you all the information that you signed for , he told me Nathan should've gave me the full copy . He explained the bill is different than the copy that was scratched.
I asked him if he was the manager , and he said no , im just Bob , and everyone was laughing. I asked him who was the manager and he said that one girl was the manager and another man also is the manager. So , it's like no one is in charge.
I called 1-800-937-8997 and spoke to a representative and she stated she would write all this and she gave me this address to file my complaint : T-Mobile Wireless P.O Box 37380 Albuquerque , New Mexico 87176 knowing that this is a new service with 5 lines , family plan , unlimited and will not going to be continued. This area , T-Mobile should have better customer service .
I ordered the Galaxy S4 and they gave me 3 different dates to come to the store and get the phone. I came back all 3 dates , and the phone was still not available . The same Bob told me that it would be availabe on the 15th of May 2013.
