T-Mobile tells you that you will receive $130.00 rebate if you send your information to such and such address, no true.

I sent my rebate in way before the deadline date; got a letter saying that I didn't have a carrier with my information. They didn't tell me that I had to send in the name of the carrier. Just a way to get out of paying.

I got the card saying you don't qualify for the rebate because I didn't have enough information. Ok! I sent the letter to one of the address on the card on April 27, 2006 and then got my letter back on May 23, 2006 up opened. They took a long time to send it back to me so I could not resubmit it to get my refund.

T-Mobile and Lets talk are just the biggest rip-offs in America. I thought the gas companys were sticking it to us but T-Mobile and Lets talk have got them beat.

T-Mobile has outsourced their email customer care to a company named NCO. NCO's center in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada has been where ALL your emails have been coming from for a long time. Now they have sent all the emails to the PHILIPPINES! Get ready for your email and webchat customer care to be coming from Filipino people! HAHA. I thought T-Mobile would never go offshore? They do through NCO. You thought your customer care was bad before?!

Dorothy, You blame T-Mobile for not getting your rebate. You say that the denied the rebate becuase you did not list your carrier. So are you telling me that T-Mobile, your service carrier, denied your rebate becuase you did not list your carrier??? This sounds like you signed up with Lets Talk, and the rebate offer is through them. I am sure that Lets Talk offered you a great deal too. So stop blaming T-Mobile becuase Lets Talk offered you a deal to sign with T-Mobile.
