Thad Riley told me to come to the store between 8 and 5 today. I was there at 8:00, but no one was there. I called the store from my cell phone, but no one answered the phone. I left Thad Riley a voice mail but as usual, he never called me back today. When I got off work I went straight to the store. I got there at 3:35 and was told that Thad had just left. I had the employee call him on his cell phone right then. He told the employee how to put it in the computer and to give me my money back. The sad thing is that there is another lady that has been witing since June to get a refund and she still doesn't have her money yet either. I am thankful that I got my money back today. But... I do feel sorry for the other customer. The district manager did return my phone call today. He said that he will talk with Thad Riley about this situation. i would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

After being told for months that the store couldn't issue a refund because it had to come from the Corporate office, Thad Riley told me on the telephone today that if I would come by the Jackson store tomorrow between 8 and 5, that he would give me a cash refund. Well, as usual he never returned my phone call, but he actually did answer his cell phone today when I called it. I feel sure that Broderick Pearson, the sales person that has been trying his very best to help me, told Thad Riley that I had gotten the district manager's phone number yesterday and that I would be calling the district manager. Of course, I did call the district manager yesterday but he was in a conference call and never returned my phone call. I called the district manager again today, but I did not get to speak to him. They said that he is out of town and won't be back in until Friday. I am going to the store when it opens in the morning to see if I really get my refund in cash. I will have to see it in my hand to believe it.

I left more messages today on the store manager's cell phone, but he never returned my phone calls. An employee at the Jackson store said that he had been in today, but that he had stepped out and never came back. Yesterday I did reach him on his cell phone. He said that he was at the hospital with his wife, but that he would call me today when he got to work, but he never called.
