T-Mobile Tmobile, T Mobile, Ended service but billed for entire month. Albuquerque, New Mexico
I ended my service with T-Mobile on 6/24/11 by porting my number over to anther carrier, my billing cycle starting 6/19/11. I recieved a bill for an entire month service not a pro-rated amount for the 5 days of actual service provided.
I called customer service at T-Mobile and was told that since I did not tell them in advance I was porting my number, they charge for the full month. I advsd by not being a customer for a full month they are charging for service they did not provide. I was told that is what they do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was on another line and would call me back. I never got a return call.
I feel this was a revenge charge for porting my number and feel it is wrong to charge for service not provided.
