It all started in feb. I am still having trouble. I was billed the wrong service, and the guy said he would take care of it. He gave me his id number, and still to this day I cannot get in touch with him. He said that in may I would get a bill of 20.00 plus taxes. Every time I call everybody tells me something different. I will not use another cell phone again because of my problems with t mobile.
It was not my fault that they forgot to hook in the new service. One more thing they said that they do not have service in north carolina, and when I called back they said they do. In this company the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I think this company is a rip off.
