T-Mobile North Dekalb Mall ripoff, overcharged for a cell phone, dishonest sales tactics Decatur Georgia
I needed a new cell phone. The first Razr they were hawking was flimsy(an older model). One (there were 2 "gentlemen") showed me a "special" phone. A black matte V3 very nice-not tied to any service provider. He told me they sold a lot of them, that he only pulled them out for ppl he thought were serious customers.
I was serious alright. I like the phone but I was charged $50-$100 more than it should have been. DO NOT patronize T-Mobile dealer at North Dekalb Mall in Decatur,Ga

T-mobile corporate stores do not carry black razrs, only silver and magenta. The person you talked to was an indirect dealer, or authorized agent. These people buy t-mobile products to sell. Cingular is the comapny that carries black razrs. Please don't let this ruin your impression of t-mobile. Contact the company and let them know, and find a direct corporate store to deal with. I assure you will have better luck.
