I went to the local T-Mobile store with my unlocked Blackberry Torch 9800 to sign up for there 4G $70 unlimited everything plan with the expressed interest in the data portion of the plan. I told them I was moving from ATT to them specificly for the "unlimited" data to use my phone for a modem for my computer. I was told everything would work great, alot of data and fast. At this point I new my phone was not capable of 4G but was 3G. THe main point they missled me in was the speed an coverage. They assured me that where i live was 3g/4g capable. What they failed to mention was that because it was an att phone that I would only get 2g or Edge speeds which is about as fast as a dialup modem. Besides that problem i barely get reception, one bar two if i'm luckly. Immediately I begin to call customer service and am told that is the best I should expect and that they are sorry if I was misled but to bad no refunds. I've been lied to, hung up on and basic told to not call anymore.
