This is the second time you have posted a useless rip off here. the first one was were you blamed USAA for your bankruptcy and something wrong with your accounts in which you didnt specify what the issue with that was. But thats besides the point. i have been with tmobile for the same amount of time as you and never had a problem. like the one your describing. what it sounds like to me is you get beligerent and or rude with people and expect them to help you. Not the case. Now i will give you some credit with the retail store employees, there needs to be more supervision with these people. However that being the case when someone tells you to leave the store you need to leave regardless. that is there property they have that right. I seriously doubt that the employee threatened to kill you without provocation. Also the police officer is not there to mediate a dispute between you and the employee. You even argued with the officer about the situation. It is his job to enforce the peace. Not choose sides. the employee wanted you gone you refused to leave he told you he was gonna call the police, you said go ahead. he did. You lose. time to grow up and accept responsiblity you cant get oyur way all the time. Oh and by the way i have sent defective phones to tmobile for fixing before and never had an issue. Oh and i will address your USAA rip off while im here to. When you declare bankruptcy. depending on which one. its going to play haywire with your account. If you filed Chapter 7 it does not absolve your debt it restructures it so you pay less then what you owe on it. figure it out genius take responsiblity for your own life
