I called T-mobile to make a payment and found out that there 5 additional lines added to my account. I asked to operator to removed thatm and how did they get on there. I informed her that there was only supposed to be 3 lines on there myself, grnson, and youngest daughter. I asked her to please removed them which she did.

I was then connected to the fraud department that told me there would be an investigation and they would get back with me which thye did not do. I called to inquire about what was being done to rectify this na d was told that an investigatioon ruled that these lines had been added legimately. I asked the operator how could that be when I didn't had these.

I had informaed them that someone had my information and was using it. I don't think that it is fair that I have to pay for something that I did not do. I can understand that they have no proof that I did not do this but, the last time I looked at myself I did not find that I have or have had any kind of mental issues. There was a internet number left on there that they said that it would be best that I leave it on until after the 13th of the month and I am asking why. I did not get a good understanding of that one . so in other words I am paying for someone to use my account for their internet.

Called back today 11/07/15 talked to a operator and was informed that line that was supposed to be bloked was still in use he proceeded to removed this line with no problems. I have  been a 10 plus year client with this phone company but after this when I can make other arrangement I am done with TMOBILE
