This message is getting posted everywhere because I am getting f***ed. I have been a cellphone user since 1998, when fifty bucks got you 25 minutes anytime and an extra ten got free evenings and weekends. AT&T sold to Cingular, back to AT&T (because Cingular sold back out to att) and AT&T s**t on what made Cingular awesome I went to T-Mobile.  

T-Mobile sold me an Xperia Z1 for $550 bucks, then a year later offered me $80 dollars towards aa trade while stilll paying off my z1 at a trade value of $80.00.  How does that work? So i spent two years paying $120/mo so I can pay offf devices, then they hit me with a pink litmus paper by my headset with no internal search nd no recourse.

Nine times returned and multiple requests for a non-Beta test phone (updaded unit) went ignored. I just got a bill for $300 for a replacement phone.  So WAIT.... $550... Now, even with insurance,  another $300.00.  ARE YOU F***ING HIGH?  I am researching a lawsuit for everyone associated with my headache...  Sony/Erricson and T-Mobile.
