I had several problems with TMobile none of which they could fix.

1. IN 2007 I signed up for a tmobile account via online at t-mobile.com

was approved but my phone didn't come but i was billed for the phone. The company debited my credit card. The phone never came. I contacted them, they had a problem in their computer. They resubmitted the order and it debited my credit card again, and no phone or service this happened 10 times. They didn't fix the charges or overdraft fees to my banks.

Finally a executive team member I was able to get a hold of, apologized and said they would credit all the information, I sent information the company from my bank accounts, meanwhile they had a flex pay plan to get me started, the same problem happened another 7 times, I did not know they were debiting my account, they said they were resubmitting the order and canceling the other order and I would not be charged. Finally they fixed their computer system but left me with the bills. Even received 4 phones in the mail, i had to go to the ghetto in st louis where one got accidentally shipped to to return it, so they could supposidly credit me back. Which they didn't i paid for shipping to ship the 3 phones i didn't need back. The phone service was horrible, i was between jobs and lost several job offers and interviews because my phone had 15 phone numbers (dead) assigned to it in their system, so a person called one number and went to another number, i learned this after calling my friends/family and they reported they had been calling but getting nothing, plus my service was dropping all the time after 6 months of this I finally decided to ask if they could fix it, the store manager actually helped got me a new account and new phone number on a regular contract. this fixed those issues but not the bills i paid for and never got credited.

2. Since that time i get late fess and payment fees (over the phone) just learned today June 15, 2009 that they charge $5.00 for taking the payment over the phone. I have tons of other charges for example activation fees that were supposed to be waived as promotional fees when I got my new g1 google phone, other fees , and the company has only credited me $15.00 for other fees but no more.

3. recently someone changed my phone plan unauthorized, the representative did not confirm and private information just let joe blow a former roomate set up an account in his name. so i put a password protection on my account, but i called several times 25 to be exact on different occasions and I wasn't asked for the passowrd, i complained every time, spoke to supervisors about it, but was told they couldnt do anything about a rep not asking for a password.. so whats the purpose, then today June15,2009 my former roomate got in and they gave him my social security last four now he has that information, probably has my whole social security number. they are violating privacy laws, and they refuse to correct any of my problems.

4. I previously filed a complaint with another organization and a executive team member called me during work hours, i took the call almost lost my job for taking personal calls, advised he could call before or after work he promised he would but he called during work hours after the 3rd call i kept requesting a call after work hours, but he said he could he was in the same time zone, i asked for someone in another time zone to take over this he refused, he refused to research my account and my problems, and they still have not resolved this.
