I Purchased My T-Mobile Cell Phones In March, When We moved in to Our New Home. We Called on Many occasions voicing our concerns about our lack of Signal we were getting while using our new phones when calling from home. In fact most of the time we got NO signal on ALL four phones!!! T mobile said HMMMMMM, Lets see, I bet there is a problem with the phones.

OK ,ya. right.. all four phones, ALL four brand NEW DIFFERENT phones?? OK I humored them, "6 times" ( remember we called over and over). They ALL said the phones are FINE!!! The Service in your are is OK but you should get at least 2 bars. "2" Bars I said, I finally(finally) talked to a rep that said that we were actually in a terrible service area(she did NOTHING). Shouldn't somebody be able to trace the area BEFORE I purchased this service, Verizon would have done this and they offer a worry free guarantee for 30 days. Or make sure My zip code or address is in an area with good signal???? (yes they could of done this)

I noticed you carry modems I said, I asked them what they are for. The rep said they are for the phones and to help enhance the signal from the customers houses. OK were getting some where, so other people have had this problem before. She told they would send me out a modem. NOW I ONLY have "14" days to cancel My agreement with them. I am NOW at day 8. I am waiting for this modem.

I called on Day 13 Talked to a rep explained EVERYTHING to her she extended the grace period until I got the modem or 10 more days. I ALWAYS write down the rep id and name time and date. This modem Never came and when I called back on day 17. The rep I talked to said she WILL NOT COULD NOT honor the last reps promise and I could NOT cancel my agreement!!! This is NOW 2 months later ,I have moved my numbers to (((competitor's name redacted)))'s I Love them!!! T-mobile has since added an early cancellation fee and WILL NOT hear me talking.

Can anybody help us out???

There is a place on the t-mobile web sight that you can put in your zip code to see the coverage. Did you bother to check that out? By the way, After July 1, you can nto use your cell phone while you are driving in WASHINGTON state, just in case you ever decide to come over the border.
