t-n-t carports NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NONE! ZERO! NADA! Mt Airy, North Carolina

Placed carport order Aug 2, 2011.
Installer arrived Aug 22 and started the install. Did not bring enough material to complete the job.
Said he would be back in one or two weeks.
THREE MONTHS and several telephone calls later, ALL of which were sent to voice mail and NEVER returned.
Perhaps the installer was Deported? One spoke only broken english, and the other two spoke only spanish.
Hey INS you might wanna check out t-n-t carports in Mount Airy, NC for possible illegal workers.
No idea if they will ever return or not, but lucky I still HOLD the CHECK, and if I have to hire a contractor to finish the job, the T-N-T payment will be MUCH less then billed, if they ever miss it.
This is the most irresponsible company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, with the possible exception of Home Depot.
CEO Venancio Torres must be alseep or doesn't give a damm.
Recommend you AVOID T-N-T CARPORTS inc, or dba CARPORTS.COM at all cost.
"Customer Service" is NOT in their vocabulary, and they certainly DO NOT deserve your business.

Within 24 hours of posting my complaint, T-N-T carports was on the phone calling me to arrange a time to have my carport finished.
Within a week later the job was competed.
It's unfortunate that I had to put up with of all of the horrible so called customer service, but I'm thankfull for Ripoff Report, because this post finally kick started them back into action.
The job is okay, but I'll never use them again because of the total lack of customer service.
