As par for the course for this company, I would like to report my Taco Bell food poisoning experience (sure everyone has many). At 12:15 am on 6-10-08, I ate two grande soft tacos (beef) from the DeLand, FL Taco Bell (1501 N Woodland Blvd) and then got extremely sick 4 hours late. I was vomiting, and had a severe upset stomach for 3 days. I called the manager of the Taco Bell, Randy, and he was totally a jerk about it and unapologetic. He claimed he never has had this happen, which is a complete lie. This place has poisoned me two times before. He did not offer to pay my medical bills or anything so I will be getting a lawyer. He reluctantly offered me a free meal coupon, which I wouldn't feed my dog. I reported them to the State of Florida and two health inspectors are after them. Of course, Taco Bell corporate cowardly doesn't call you back during the "3 business day wait". Taco Bell needs to be shut down and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about this horrible place.

If you are sure this Taco Bell gave you bad food that made you sick as a direct result of their incompetence or similar liable activity, go to your doctor, get the medical reports and a statement from the same indicating that Taco Bell was 100% at fault for food poisioning then contact an competent Attorney and sue them for pain & suffering, time lost, medical bills etc. in short NAIL THEIR BALLS TO THE WALL for a 5 or 6 digit settlement. (you may have just hit the lawsuit-lottery my friend! Good Luck!)

Continue to eat at a restaurant that has poisoned you twice before?

Have you been living in a cave or something? It is all over the news about the tainted tomatoe that are making people in many states ill. It is not Taco Bells fault. Most of the tomatoes in question, coincidently, come from Florida. Don't eat any raw tomatoes until the CDC says it is OK.
