Ordered 12/31/16.Received two tiny flashlights, one worked intermittently, the other was even worse for operation.

Both flashlights were very small (4" long by 1" wide at the lens) and of poor quality. Contacted customer service and told them about the defective lights to which they told me that if I "pay to send them back" they'll let me "exchange for something else or get a refund". Huh? Why would I have to PAY to send back a defective item??

Exchanged multiple emails with "Jessica" (12+ emails) and they even had me email them a video at one point showing them what was wrong w/ the flashlights. For goodness sake, it's about $5-6 for return shipping, why would you not pay that when it's YOUR fault that you have poor quality products??

I've spoken with my credit card company and they've advised me to dispute this charge - which I did. This company has terrible customer service and from my experience very, very POOR products.  I've found multiple other sites where people are complaining about the same issues - poor products, lack of refunds, bad customer service, wrong products delivered.

One email I received from them made no sense so I wrote back and asked them what they meant - I was told, "Oh, that email wasn't meant for you".

Wow.  Is this the kind of company you want to provide your credit card info to???  Sure wish I hadn't.
