Went to the Better Business Bureau today after calling them once again about my Credit card reimbursement. I found out that this Company has an "F" rating. I wish I would have checked this out first. I'm calling the TN Attorney General tomorrow. Here's what happened. I had cancelled my order last Friday as they didn't have what I'd ordered and had no idea when it might come in. I was told in 3 days my reimbursement would be back on my card. My father passed away on Monday and I really did need my $1053 back on my card for some expenses. I've called them 3 times this week, twice today and they have continued to pass me off all day saying the lady that does billing wasn't in and they couldn't help. I am struggling with all of this with the loss of my father and his unpaid expenses and they won't reimburse what's owed me. They not only have no heart, they are an unscrupulous internet consumer predator. They have an "F" rating from the Tennessee Better Business Bureau....Stay away from them!
