Tahitian Vacations Fiji Vacations Reports are RIGHT!!! UNPROFESSIONAL.....IGNORANT...BUSINESS!!! Costa Mesa California
I am really not shocked that this agency has so many ripoff reports across the internet! Back in 2007 I booked a honeymoon for my husband and I to enjoy. I ended up cancelling because of passport issues (we had recently been notified of DNA testing to prove my husband was the father of a 2 year old girl and of course the state back dated child support showing we now owed close to $2000) and explained this to Melissa Pomeroy. Most of our communications were through emails however, when it took them over 2 mos. to issue my refund I began to call her. In addition to the $500 non-refundable fees Melissa claimed their were other fees involved from the resorts and the airlines. Needless to say they ripped me off too taking more than they should have from the amount I had paid. I know this because I personally called and emailed our resorts and they said no such fees were charged!!!
Our final conversation, which was over the phone, Melissa was ignorant and rude when I questioned her about the additional "fees". It was pointless to continue arguing with this unprofessional woman because she just kept talking over me and arguing with me. Then she had the nerve to tell me that my husband was a deadbeat dad and that he should pay his child support so he could get his passport! LOL....really? I laughed in disbelief and just hung up.
This business is a joke and like I said I am not shocked at the reports online. I am really not surprised that someone has not sued her and the business! Clients should unite and do so. I would gladly participate in that! I still have all records to show everything. Oh, and I even recorded the above mentioned phone conversation :)
