This company has had lots of issues with customer service (as anyone who reads this site will note). First, you should call your credit card company and challenge the charge. That should fix your problem. If you want, you could also call the president of the company. He has left his information in several of these complaints. Most people do have good results when they contact him directly. It is just a shame you have to go to that level to get your problem resolved.
