TALENT AND MORE ENHANCED BILLING SERVICES UNSOLICITED PHONE BILL CHARGES Internet
Charges on my phone bill began showing up three months ago. Each time, a company called "Enhanced Billing Services" charges my phone bill on behalf of these other companies. So far, I've been charged for services from something called "Talent and More" and "www.unitedtel.com.
I have called the phone company to cancel these charges but they keep appearing.
