I signed WITH TAN N GO around February 19th and they talked a friend and I into trying the EVOLVE air brushing technique.  They said it was new and state of the art in air brushing. We agreed and signed up and paid $99.00 for 4 sessions. We had our initial air brushing at Bartlett on February 24th) with a girl named Bailey and later that night my friend called me and her feet were black and she was orange and spotted all over. I noticed I was orange and had many spots that had not been sprayed. Tan N Go was negligence in not putting the hand cream on your hands to keep them from turning orange and changing the color of your nails. They also forgot to put the black sticky feet on my friend (Angela Rankin) which is part of the procedure and their failure to do so caused her feet to be BLACK.

We called TAN N GO and told them our situation (this is a real new technique). We were told by TAN N GO employees to buy some Windex, Ammonia, Mr. Clean pad and scrub the areas that are orange and/or black. I had a major problem for one that TAN N GO would recommend such harsh products to be used on your skin, when in fact the label on these products clearly states to use with caution and to use gloves and if these chemicals should come in contact with your skin to immediately wash with soap and water. Well, this is what we scrubbed our body with for 3 to 4 days. My friend had black feet for over a week.

We complained and showed the store personnel and the GM the pictures.  We agreed to let a more experienced tech. air brush us again in hoping that this time it would just even out the EVOLVE gone wrong technique previously done. They offered us 1 session at no charge and I told them how can they offer us anything when they haven't even proved they could get it right. My friend asked for a free (complimentary) session for a Fit session (which is only $40 for 3 times) and they REFUSED.  She had already spent (like me) $100 and had only received 2 sessions (the first one that was horrific) and the 2nd one to make up for the first one that went extremely bad.  I would like to send pictures for you to review.  The Manager (Micah) had been very rude to me the week before and had to call the owner to get permission to allow me 2 more sessions since we were so jacked up by this company.  You go to a tanning salon to look better and we looked like two glowing streaked bimbos.

 On Friday, March 9th, Linda Coleman (one of the owners) called Angela Rankin and I was on the phone and we did a conference call and before we could make Linda aware that I was on the phone, she started in on Angela with a MAJOR ATTITUDE and insisted that she couldn't please us and that we need to take our business to Palm Beach.  First of all, who does this.  Who talks to customers like this when their company totally screwed them up and I mean appearance wise.  I told her she needs to lose the attitude and talk to us like the customers we were.  She proceeded to say that she wanted to just refund our money and for us to go to Palm Beach.  

First of all, she didn't try to listen to anything we were saying to hear our side, she just listened to her employees (bad mistake, especially since we were so messed up). She was not happy with us BECAUSE WE COMPLAINED and didn't want to even hear anything from us.  Could you imagine going to Chili's and ordering food and your food comes with a bug or hair and you complain and the Manager/Owner tells you he is going to refund your money and you can go to O'Charleys and eat???  This is EXACTLY her attitude about this.  There were several things she could have done to try to remedy the problem, but she did NOTHING but have an attitude.  I have worked customer service for 20+ years and couldn't ever imagine treating my customers like this. Please contact me for further information and pictures.  I will be glad to provide.  Most rudest company I have ever dealt with.  SHE BASICALLY DENIED US THE RIGHT TO SERVICES AFTER WE COMPLAINED AND IT WAS THEIR FAULT...
