This agency was very misleading when trying to gain clients. The main speaker was very dishonest and misleading about giving examples of the costs of the vacation. They told everyone it would only cost us $99 for the entire week. He went on and on about how much it would cost normally. I pay a monthly fee and another fee for the renewal or something. I was aware of that but when I went to use one of my weeks it costs $99 booking fee, then another $300 because it was in prime season, which was not told. Another $50 for a fee of cancellation fee. It costs $ 210 for an extra bedroom. It costs me atleast $510 for one week vacation. On the examples the speaker used a $99 fee for one week in Hawaii. First of all Hawaii is always in prime season so that was totally false. The place we stayed in Hawaii was not even close to the place he showed in the example. It was a one bedroom hotel room. All the places he showed us were extravagent with full kitchens, living rooms, etc. I was very disappointed and it costs way more then expected.
