Tank the Tank Lies, takes money and won't return it Hialeah Florida
Tank the Tank lied and told me that I would have no problem installing Steible hot water heaters because they would walk my insaller through the installation. So I bought two. When they got here I called this company and no one would call back. Then I learned that I would need expensive electrical work to install them, so I sent them back.
I used the RA number, given after repeted calls, and was told (in writing) that I would get my money, minus a 20% restocking fee, back in two weeks. Three weeks later, I am still waiting.
This company is a rip off. Tank the Tank will say anything to make a sale and will not talk to you afterward. Do not buy anything from this company.
