Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My husband decided he needed help with the IRS and try to get a settlement that we could pay and feel good about ourselves.  This company used our information, took our money $3600 (that we had to borrow), they lied to us and did absolutely nothing. They kept telling us that they were in arbitration with the IRS.  What a joke and they laugh all the way to the bank with our money.  And finally we were told the wonderful news of what we owed and it had grown to be more than it was the 3 months before and had additional penalties and the agreement that was supposedly made in "OUR BEHALF" (that's a joke) is way aboveand beyond what we can afford now or ever, even if we made an additional $500 a month (and that is a very conservative amount).  Now we really need an honest lawyer if there is such a person to actually help us so my wages won't be garnished and we can set up a real payment amount that is agreeable to us and not some idiots my husband thought would help. How dare this company to ever think that they actually helpded me.  I am not a fool nor am I stupid.  My spouse went to them without my knowledge in the beginning. I should have checked them out, but my husband said he had. Boy was I wrong to have listened to him.

When I stated something to that fact to the person on the phone, My Smyers, that I hope the IRS doesn't garnished my wages, he actually had the gall to tell me for an additional amount of money they could help stop that too.  One employee of the company: James Rieves stated in am email that the sum was $41,000 then  a few days later Christopher Smyers stated that the amount was a whopping $53,000,  Now tell me, where did that come from?  Briana Medlock is another person that we spoke to in this scam of a company.
There was so many conflictingstories and information told to me or my husband, now the IRS will probably have its own people come with another amount.  It should never have been over $28,000.

My husband is a pastor and he better learn to keep records.  God knows who these people are and HE will take care of them.
