At Tax Defense Network we hold ourselves, our employees, and new employees to a very high standard. We strive to serve our Clients in a manner that exemplifies professionalism, knowledge, and dedication through a very selective hiring & training process. The final result is a team of professionals that is second to none in our industry, or any other industry. Unfortunately like any company, we have hired individuals in the past that seemed on the surface to be a great fit for our company but after some time on the job it becomes apparent that they are not a good fit. Rather than create a culture of mediocrity we have let employees go to ensure the caliber of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication is maintained. This "best of the best" philosophy is what has made our company an industry leader. We cannot apologize for this since it is a cornerstone of what we know to be a successful formula for our Clients. In employment relationships like any other type of relationships some just don't work out. This was the case in this situation and we wish this individual the best in finding a position that is right for him/her.
