Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased the program to find out later this company purchases 1000s of tax certificate and then sells them to newbie investors. there really is no training. when you call or email they treat you like crap. don't bother to info you that the redemption period started when REI HOLDINGS tax lien vault. originally purchased the certificate. after I found this out and some had not been transferred into my name they were told refund my money do not put in my name. I have emails asking how I wanted to proceed. I replied refund my money. several days later I get an email from the County where the liens were and they went ahead and placed in my name.

several days later I get an email with a document that was to be signed explaining the process. to get my money back I would need to foreclose. in order to do so I'm require to pay all attorney fees foreclosure processing fees back taxes. why is this not told ahead of time? that was my savings you stoked. you hold these seminars make everything sound like a piece of cake. said you provide training. WHAT TRAINING AND you don't listen to your clients as you say I'm the client. I want REI HOLDINGS to refund what it cost total including all fees and put the certs back in your name. you foreclose on the owner. told you where I wanted certificates. you refused to listen. hope you get put out of business.

Rei holding uses syrong tactics to get people to pay for the tax lien vault at a house flipping seminars.  You have chance to do any homework on them for purchase at the lower price.

The buy 1000s of tax certificate and then pass them on the new affiliate.  No training.  Dont listen when you say do not put the certificate in my name.  The do it anyway.  I have the emails back and forth on the subject.  Not told til after the fact when it's time to get your money back you have to pay all fees for foreclosure and the back taxes.  I want REI HOLDINGS to buy my tax liens nack for the same amount tney charged me for the.  Stay away from this company.  Buyer beware.

so glad you had a good experience. When I purchased my program. If you can call it that. There wasn't a 30 refund guarantee. Only way you got your money back was if you didn't purchase anything on 90 days. I had to call them to get started. Per the speaker s rep would call you to get started. Go news for you I read it all. I listened to the DVD. You couldn't go on the site to pick your own properties. I keep in touch with the couple next to me. We live close, they've had the same experience I have. My receipt doesn't say there's a 25% restocking fee if they buy back my certs. They send ME spreadsheets of liens they've picked out for ME. I've learned more on my own than from this company and those so called books. So glad you got your $2000 back so quickly. I nor my friends have been that lucky. I'm praying those ahead of me file so I don't have to do that. Every time I've called got VM. The rep blames new people for things going wrong and not knowing what to do. Train them please. I won't deal with them on the phone any longer per my attorney. Email only. That way its all spelled out clear to the phone. I still stand by my statement Stay away from them. Buyer beware!!!!!

I purchased the Tax Lien Vault course in May 2015 and I am delighted with my experience. It did require fast, hard-work on my part. I also met all their requirements for their 30 day tuition guarantee, and I received a full refund check $1596 today, as well as having received back my lien investments.

1) It is self-paced course, but to meet their tuition guarantee deadline, I recommend you start and finish the course within a week. You do have to listen to the tapes AND read the booklets to get the most out of it.

2) If you go through the course material, it explains EVERYTHING that the reporter above claimed not to have understood. It also explains how to invest in property without having to foreclose, and what property to stay away from.

3) Find the calendar of Lien Sales on the Tax Lien Vault website. Act quickly -- my state of FL has all its auctions in the same month as my seminar, and I missed out on several nearby auctions.

4) Go to the county websites that Tax Lien Vault steers you to, choose some potential properties to bid on, and make sure you understand the registration and bidding process. Tax Lien Vault clearly explained this in the materials they gave me.

5) Create a spreadsheet to track your purchases. The educational material explained why this is important.

6) If you have trouble choosing properties, or some sound too good or too bad to be true, or you have problems understanding the bidding process -- Call Tax Lien Vault. Every time I called during business hours I got a real person, very polite, willing, and helpful, who coached me with great advice. They even called the counties in question for me, and then got back to me with the answers.

7) Be ready to bid low or to bid on hiqh quality, unimproved property because the institutional investors at the Florida sales are cut-throat on any residential property with a building on it.

 8) File for your tuition guarantee if you qualify -- but make sure you read every thing printed on it on day 1, so you know what qualifies and the paperwork you must submit.

 9) Sit back and enjoy the money coming in. I could only invest  $2000, but I have already received redeemed certificates for 1/3 of that with 5% interest in two months!!! No wonder the institutional investors are gobbling up the tax liens.

9) When I phoned Tax Lien Vault in a panic because my 30 day period ended on the 4th of July weekend and a county would not issue me my certificate until the next Monday, Tax Lien Vault was very friendly and said to submit what I had along with a statement about the 30 days ending on a holiday. Since then they sent me the full tuition amount back.

Their course opened up a whole new investment venue to me with step-by-step directions and customer support that was well worth the course -- espescially since I earned back the tuition guarantee!! Do your homework and work hard, and they provide the knowledge and hand-holding to succeed.
