I WILL say that it appears Innocent2's strategy is to throw in a little valid information with a whole lot of BS in order to confuse. First of all, Allison Bell is NOT an attorney, as a matter of fact I would be surprised to hear that she has a high school diploma. I might also suspect that most of these posts are either made by Allison on her own, or by Allison under the direction of Gill (more specifically any post boasting on Allison's brilliance, education, or presence of integrity). Allison is a compulsive liar of the most severe extreme, taught to deceive by only the best (Gill). The Esq. name is a farce, most likely she just likes the sound of it. Allison is also known to go by the name Quenn Fredricks Secondly, Michael Gill is alive, though he would like nothing more than for EVERYONE (children included) to think otherwise, to disappear every few years and start new. He has also been known to put businesses in the names of his children and family members (I assume without their permission as he has been disassociated from most every living relative), using their names and SS#'s. This way the new business isn't as easy to trace back to him. I do agree that payment should always be made by credit card, I believe that AmEx has a rather agressive policy as well, after a number of charge backs an individual will never be granted a business account again. I recommend always asking whether the business in question takes AmEx. Lastly, if you want to get a hold of Gill I suggest hounding the Employee Tax Benefits contact information. I would not be surprised if Allison is working for him again. Also be aware that real names are rarely used. Take note of the alias' mentioned in previous posts.

If you do business with any company, beware of the following: 1. Changed several employees the past year. Employees not with the company that you spoke with in the past. That is a sign of internal company problems, bad management, disgruntled or unhappy employees. This is a warning sign. 2. Never return phone calls. 3. Never respond to your emails 4. If you threaten lawsuit, or reporting them, and if they finally respond and call you, you still need to make sure you don't waste your time listening to their explanation and assurance that they will take care of you. Change their websites several times. This is very common trick to avoid the embarrasment of NEW customers finding bad reports on the internet about them. If NEW customers do a Google search for that company's NEW name or website name, they will not see any negative search results, like from ripoffreport.com site. So that new customer will think the business is legitimate and can be trusted. 8. The company has an address on their website that is in another city, or is a PO box, and is not the physical address. 9. If they are good salesmen, they can say anything on the phone, and make tons of promises and guarantees, and they may convince you they are your best friend and care about your health, and your business, and guarantee to fix your IRS problem. How can they do that over the phone when they do not know you, never met you, and never called the IRS to get the status of your case to know you are telling them the truth. DONT FALL FOR THIS. Make sure you get everything in writing. Make sure you get them to say this in an email. You need facts and proof if you have to go to court. IF THEY MAKE GUARANTEES TO YOU OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE LYING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW THE DETAILS OF YOUR CASE YET. This is common sense! 10. If they say they are an attorney, check their name out on the State Bar websites like this one = http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member.aspx - If their name is not listed, question them and ask them for their license number. If they do not give it to you, or if it does not show up to verify their identity, do not do business with them. RUN! 11. Check their website out. See when the domain name was registered so you can see how new the website is. If they claim to be in business for 10 years, question them as to why their domain name is only 1-2 years old. 12. Check the Better Business Bureau out and see if they have complaints. 13. Anyone can say anything on the phone, and say this is why you should trust me. Any company can provide you 2-3 references of past customers. How do you know if those references are not just their friends lying? If the company says they have been in business for 10 years, search their company name and website name on the internet using Google. If their search results do not show any results, then something is wrong. Why is their name or website name not showing up. it is because the names are new. Question them! Make them show proof! 14. After talking to them for a few days on the phone and exchanging emails, take notes as to what they say. Then at the end before you pay them to retain their services, ask questions about their reputation, website address, state bar license #, etc. Then check them out on the internet to make sure everything they say is true or not. And lastly, if you are a customer and paid them within the last 12 months or less, and you did not get what they promised you, call your credit card issuing bank and charge the amount back! To those who are trying to serve Michael Gill legal papers: To have the attorney service 'get into' the building,(in Long Beach, as the Seal Beach is a PO Box) they can have a real estate agent take them in to view 9 of the properties that are for sale as of 9-27-08. He hired Richard Hargus along with a small handful of other Enrolled Agents, all known to be the Best of the Best in this industry. In the last days of the United States Tax Relief Agency, I know that Michael was under a serious amount of stress due to several complaints from Clients not receiving contact from their Enrolled Agent. Where I believe Mr. Richard Hargus to be a good man and a fair man, I also believe the the fall of the United States Tax Relief Agency is partially due to Richards lack of communication with Clients and disorganization. Obviously, there were many interoffice problems, though I think it is unfair for the blame Michael soley. On a personal note, I am shocked in that my Home Address and personal information inclusive of the make and model of my vehicle has been posted on this site. Doing so has challenged my privacy and threatened my safety. Michael Gill and I do not speak anymore. The dynamics causing our estrangement is personal and I wish not to discuss. "Pissed Off Lexus Sc 400 Owner," I find it rather coincidental in that is the same car Michael Gill's Sister drives in addition to knowing extremely personal information about him, you also live in Los Angeles. I am not a former employee, however I know Michael D. Gill and a few of the girls that worked for him and A LOT about his personal life and information, call me a scorned lover. Unfortunately, a great deal of information is incorrect. Current address as of 8/27/08 700 East Ocean Boulevard, #2204 Long Beach Michael Gill does NOT own this property though one of his famous lines to lure young ladies in is "I live in luxury Penthouse on the 22nd Floor, overlooking the Ocean." He DOES drive a Black, 2007 Cadillac Escalade. He has owned it for a long time and has yet to put the licence plates on it because he is a pretencious axxxxxxx. The dealer plates are BLUE and WHITE with the word "ELHERS Cadillac, Beverly Hills" on them. The Escalade can be seen from the street on corner of Shoreline Drive and Ocean Blvd in Long Beach. His parking spot is on the corner, on the top level of the under-building parking garage. Should he have put his plates on the licence tags will read May 09, as he purchased the car in May. The licence plate also MAY be a vanity plate with a picture of a Whale Tail on it. From what I understand, Michael was very abusive to her and attempted to change her. The story is very murky whether or not she left or he kicked her out. He claims that it was a positive break-up.
