Taycor Financial taycor Did not follow through with agreement and kept all the money, Internet
In Oct.2011 I applied for a loan with Taycor Financial. I was told that I was approved. I signed the agreement, paid the first and last months lease along with the documentation fees.I also provided insurance on the equipment. Than things began to change. I was told the payment would be a little higher. Which I agreed to on the phone. When I received the new agreement the payments were even higher than what I agreed to along with additional fees.
The new agreement also stated the first and last months lease would not be applied to the payments.I informed Taycor that I was not going to sign the new agreement and requested that they return my first and last months lease payment. Taycor did not honor the first agreement that I signed yet they feel they can keep all the money. They are very smooth at getting your money.My credit score is in the 700s so I wasn't that desperate to pay $29,000 for a $15000 piece of equipment. About 26% interest.They just want your money after that they don't care what happens.
