TCRM Commercial - Brookside Mortgage ripoff New York New York

Have copies of letters to our attorney, bank president etc. stating what TCRM did at the last minute by "Lender wants 90% of the land and we get 10%" at 18% interest and the LLC corporation they wanted formed would cost us another $2500.
At this point to save everyone more paperwork and time, we are willing to reduce the amt. required to the $750 which was $500 toward paperwork on their part for a loan that was not what we signed for. Therefore bogus and the additional money that was added to the land appraisal that they originally wanted $850 (have documentation on that as well) and suddenly dropped to $450 and was really $200..
Let's see what happens. Keep you all posted. I will not go back on anything I have said on the internet, I will stop anymore ripoff reports but will not lie and say that this did not happen, because it did..Let the ripoffreports on all the interset search engines take their course and eventually go away. Ball's in their court. Sick of getting hammered by companies. In the last year, 3 companies, reputable companies have taken our money and ran and am d**n tired of it.
