Friend, #1 File a lawsuit in small claims court. FYI don't forget to add the court fees and a small fee for your time. #2 File a dispute with your credit card. Depending on the credit card you may have to give evidence of the lawsuit you filed to get it into a dispute form with them. #3 Don't compromise, agree and even hang up on them when they try to call and "resolve" the issue with you. I personally have done this and won $4000 plus courtcost disputing my "coaching" program with them. If you kept coppies of everything it will make it even easier. I also suggest filling a complaint with your local state attorney generals office.
