In Dec. 06 I went to the three-day high-powered, high-pressure presentation about how lucrative trading is and received information about how to do it, intertwined with big earnings and success others had with trading. I am a college-educated, intelligent person so felt I should be able to learn this, especially with lectures to listen to online as often as needed (and then on DVDs), and personal teaching in live lectures and hands-on at actual stock trading locations. I paid $21,000 (yes, 21K) for four types of trading classes which included DVDs and hands-on trading instruction.

The very first lectures committed the big educational crime of using terminology only a seasoned trader would know and a newbie would NOT know, and therefore made the whole set of lectures and information impossible to understand. Especially when you are going to be using your own money to trade withyou need to KNOW how to do it, not just guess at it because you cant understand what they are talking about even though you listened to the DVDs. I even emailed this predicament to them and suggested a much more inclusive glossary be included in their materials and offered help with the glossary. Never answered me and left me hanging. They could care less if anyone understood the classes.

To get my money back I had many conversations with representatives Ms. Lauren Santy and Ms. Sarah Griego. At first I was told that they would let someone else take the classes I paid for and I could get the money from this person. When I got someone to do this they then said my time was up and they could no longer honor that. When I involved the Utah BBB all of a sudden I got letters about how they are so willing to work with me, but this was just a lie. No one there ever thought they should give me any money back even though I did not access 97% of the classes! I couldnt understand anything beyond part of the second DVD. I guess they think this is worth $21,000. This is unbelievable criminality. They also took long periods of time to answer me and the BBB and strung them alongprobably hoping to wear me down or get some statute of limitations to run out. Very criminal tactics.

I have begun a hefty lawsuit against them and am taking other measures also. I am filing complaints to keep them out of the state of California via the CA Attorney Generals office. I am also sending this information to Utah (if they are even there anymore, retreating to Florida I guess) and Florida. I am also providing information to the person requesting class-action information. They seem to be moving around or changing their name--also beware of Tigrent Learning, which is where their old Wealth Ingelligence Academy.com website now directs to. My next stop is more internet, radio and TV to expose them broadly.

DO NOT purchase anything from these people or their associates with similar names, also listed on this Ripoff Report siteyou will not learn what you want to learn if you are new to trading and you will not be able to get your money back. My only hope right now is to level as nasty an attack against them as they have acted towards me.

I am sorry you are going through this. I am going through the same thing with Tigrent. It does take them a long time to respond. I have two more classes left and am very unhappy with the fact that they are offering VERY LIMITED live courses in my LA area. My contract should be up later this year. They refused to give me a refund. They said that I don't have a claim since those classes were not offered at the time I signed the contract even though they agreed to let me combined the real estate courses with stock courses. I am getting tired of going back and forth with them. Let me know if there is going to be a class action lawsuit. I like to be a part of it. Enough getting ripped off....
