I found this company online because they advertised the cheapest price for the camera I wanted. I placed my order on line. Within 12 hours I had received 3 phone calls on my land/cell phones. The messages they left were that they had to confirm my order. When I had the time to return their calls they told me my phone NEEDED an additional memory card because the one it came with only took 4 pictures before becoming full. I told him we already had a 4 gb memory card. He told me it wouldn't be compatible . I told him we already had the camera (I was ordering a second one for my son) and the card worked fine. Then he told me this camera NEEDED an extra battery, before he could tell me why, I interrupted him (My two daughters were ready to leave for dance) and asked him if we could please process my order as is because i didn't want any accessories. He told me I was rude and he got a little hostile. Then he said that he would do that , and confirmed that the camera I ordered was going to be in all JApanese as it stated on the websight. I told him to just cancel my order which he quickly agreed to do. I visited the websight again, it says nothing about the camera being in Japanese. Best I can figure is that they low ball the camera so that they can get you for extremely inflated accessories (ridiculously priced) which they try to convince you are necessary. If they are that sleezy, I wouldn't even trust you were getting quality equipment. It is probably refurbished or possibly stolen (just guessing). I am going to stick with Tiger Direct and Costco from now on.
