Similar to other posters, I placed an internet order for a camera, received the email to call via 800# to confirm and called the next day. I was harassed about buying a $150 memory card for the camera. When I disagreed, the agent (can't call them "CS Reps) got very rude. I waited the 10 biz days for delivery, then called 3x as well as sent 3 emails which were they never responded to. 1st 2 times I called I was told it was on back order for 3 weeks. In fact I was also told this by a "supposed" manager. Today I was told my order had been cancelled, and the date of that cancelled order was 1 week before the 1st calls.
This is a HUGE ripoff scam. Buyer beware. I've also reported them to the BBB.
