I am getting tired of being ripped off! I ordered 3 Burberry hats from this company in hopes of getting some of my money back from the other rip offs I have been a victim of lately. When I received them after a long waiting time, they were made in China, a sure sign they were fake. On the web site, Tech Traders guaranteed their products authentic.
I followed the return directions exactly. I sent them back immediately after receiving them. I was first told "your refund will be issued tonight." When it wasn't, I asked about it, and they said, "sorry, it will be issued shortly." Again, this didn't happen. Then techtraders.ca blamed it on the holidays. Then they used the "shortly" excuse again.
After realizing they were probably putting me off and not trusting them to ever give me my refund, I contacted my credit card company and got a chargeback. Now I will let the credit card company deal with him; I don't have the time or power apparently.

"Mark" of Tampa is Mark Mayo who was the web administrator I found on the .CA URL registry in Canada under TechTraders now suspended web site. He has enabled this fraud and likely set up the email notifications we all received assuring us goods or refunds were on their way. Here he is clearly attempting to confuse a new, unsuspecting consumer who may be searching for real time information on TechTraders or Techtraders.ca. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PERSON - THEY ARE SUPPORTED BY THE EXISTENCE OF TECHTRADERS, LARCENY BY CHECK SCAM AND ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO FURTHER THE SCAM by PUTTING ANOTHER LIE IN WRITING. AS THE ONLY POSITIVE COMMENT in a sea of horrible rip off'd customers he cannot be believed!!!

I have bought from Techtraders before and i am very happy with their products. I feel that this ripoff report is not fair to them. I have also used thier dropship program to sell their items and have been doing very well for over a year. Thank you. Mark.
