Teddy Kelly Did not pay any support for his child for a year. Haleyville, Alabama
Refused to provide any support for his child which lives with his mother and did at the time for over a year. His mother who now has full custody of the child still allowed visitation with the father the entire time.
She making minimum wage had to support this child with no extra help from anyone the entire time. Now there has been a court ordered agreement for child support and visitation but, the father still chooses to stay as far behind as possible, and does not have the child's best interest in mind at all. During the period he paid no child support he married another woman and had a child with her.
