Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Like the other report filed by another victim, Tee Medlin made many promises that seemed to justify what he was offering and with a turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks.  We signed up for the Standard Multi-Channel Package for $5,000.  He said he would even throw in some extra features we were looking for.

He also asked us to pay upfront using a PayPal invoice and gave us a "discount" bringing it down to $4,500 for paying upfront.  Just like the other poster, this was a HUGE MISTAKE!  Unfortunately, our project had started PRIOR to the other poster making the complaint or else we wouldn't have used him.

I just saw that his current rates are just $4,000 for the same package: http://www.jettizen.com/ratecard.html   (some discount!)

His email replies were quick at first, but as soon as we started the project and paid, things went downhill from there.

The things he finished were very basic, and we ALWAYS had to ask him what he needs for the next part and he either doesn't respond or responds very slowly and gives an excuse for not responding (ie I never saw your email, etc.)

Additionally, some of those extra features he threw in for us, he later told us that they are IMPOSSIBLE to do and he is almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach!  I had to manually implement some of those features myself.  Remember these are he features he promised us he would add and now he says they are impossible?!  He later blames saying that we should of known about that--otter NONSENSE!  Why would we hire you to do something that we would have to do ourselves?!

So here we are, just a small business trying to deal with everything we have to handle and this guy just robbing us of our hard earned money.  We paid him hoping to get some decent service with a quick turn around.

So instead of the 3 weeks he promised, we were at it still (9 months later)!  It wasn't until we filed some payment disputes that he even responded to us.  And when we finally reached him and confronted him on everything, he blamed the whole thing on us!  The nerve!  The work he did were nothing more than easy cut and paste jobs.  What took so long then?!

We have never EVER treated OUR customers with such disrespect and such poor service.  We already paid him for crying out loud.

In conclusion, stay far far away from this guy and his sham design service company Jettizen.  The work he did were not even close to our satisfaction and most of it is elementary cut and paste jobs at best.  The communication and customer service is far below par as he either ignores you or constantly has excuses for one thing or another.  There is just NOT ONE single good thing to say about this person or his company throughout this whole experience--and we usually give others the benefit of the doubt.

I adamantly urge anyone looking for an eCommerce design company to steer clear of this company.  It'll save you a few thousand dollars upfront, definitely lots of headaches down the road and possibly several thousands more if you found yourself having to pursue legal actions against this company in the end.

Rebuttal to these FALSE claims by a COMPETITOR:

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

There's much good that can come out of forums such as this website. Giving consumers an empowering voice when a product or a company has fallen short of satisfying the expectations and needs of the consumer. Unfortunately, it can also be used as an outlet of vengeance or deliberate defamation with regards to a company, a product or an individual.

This posting is a case, not too surprisingly or unexpected, of a disgruntled COMPETITOR. One of which our business has had unfortunate dealings with before.

After working several years for Trader Online and then for a industry leader in providing inventory management software, Channeladvisor Inc., I found a niche helping small to midsized ecommerce companies build their online brand in multiple channels such as eBay, Amazon, and Overstock. As well as helping clients with the branding, design, coding and implementation of their eCommerce websites. I then branched out and created a company called JettiZEN Interactive (www.jettiZEN.com). We are a growing business but we too are just a small company trying to make our way in the ever changing and competitive web design, development and eCommerce industry.

Little did we know while entering this market, how cut throat and nasty some of the one-man-woman design shops would become once we began to ease into their market share and began to provide much better eCommerce and design expertise at a much lower cost than what was being offered at that time. It has been quite eye opening and quite frankly, pretty sad. Having said all of that, there has been one competitor in particular that has spread nasty emails, left nasty voice-mails in our office queue, and has even written false and misleading blogs about our business, as well as a multimillion dollar/euro UK company called Frooision. Now we are here on this very public forum, having to address the absurdity of these false claims.

First of all, we would love to garner more clients from the West Coast but to this day we have never had a client from the state of Utah or from San Diego for that matter. We did contact ripoffreport.com and did recently find out that these reports came from the same computer. I do believe at this point that it would be beneath us to list this person's personal information as they've done in listing my personal contact information. It's one thing to have a complaint, or feel ill will against a company, but to list my name and some of my personal information first and foremost, which is indexed by search engines, is just unethical in my opinion. Now... if my child does a search for his dad's name, these comments he will now have access to.

After the first posting we decided to take the high road and did not feel as though we needed to make a rebuttal. But what this person is doing is ANONYMOUSLY spreading more falsehoods in order to, we believe, discourage our many potential local clients from allowing us to help with their branding, design, SEO or eCommerce strategy needs.

In conclusion, as many of you potential clients who are reading this know, a disgruntled or partially insane customer or competitor can wreak havoc on your eCommerce, Amazon or eBay business reputation. Those of you that have been PowerSellers on eBay for years should understand the insanity by which some customers possess when given the power to rate or comment on your business. Now imagine that ten fold with regards to a competitor's vengeance.

I will assume most, if not all, of you that may have come across this report, are intelligent enough to understand the ease of which this type of consumer outlet can be misused. So please read these reports, which pretty much have the same message, information and even misspellings, with a grain of salt and understand that personally, and professionally, I would never do anything to jeopardize the relationships that I have with my clients.

Fortunately, although unfortunate in this case, ripoffreport.com emphasizes it's strict policy of the First Amendment right to free speech which makes it very hard, without litigation, to have these false posts taken off of their website. At this point, we're not actively seeking the assistance of a Lawyer but may have to look into getting some assistance in the future if necessary if these instances continue by this individual.

Regardless of this person's future actions, this will be the only time I will address these untruthful reports. If anyone would like to speak further, or needs more in-depth information, on this matter, please feel free to give me a call at the number Mr. "Anonymous" listed in the report above. Also, if you're a potential client and needing help with your static or dynamic website, your eCommerce website, and/or your future SEO strategies, please feel free to contact me personally as well and I'll explain everything that we can do for you.   Best Regards,   Tee Medlin
