TeleBrands (BarkOff) Bought the bark off product hooked a new battery up and it caught on fire burning my hand and melting the product the wiring and even the plastic cover melted Fair Field, New Jersey
My wife purchased the Bark Off product on 12-21-2010 at 9:34am, she got home at 2:30pm. I had opened the product and a brand new battery, I installed the battery put the cover back on and turned the unit on. At this time the unit started smoking and caught fire the plastic cover, the wiring and circuit board all burnt. A hole burnt through the front cover burning my hand and also caused the new battery to burn also.
