TeleBrands Pedi-Paws Out right stole money from me. Fairfield New Jersey
I was placing an order in August for the Pedi-Paws, but got tired of the 'up sale', so I NEVER finished the order. I NEVER received a confirmation email, nothing. Then 4 weeks later a charge from Pedi-Paws shows up on my account. I called and they said I had to return the item unopened with an RMA # etc (at this time I was promised a complete refund, including shipping, since I never even ordered it in the first place), oh and the item I never ordered was supposed to get there in another 2 weeks. I received the order, sent it back as requested and sent certified mail cos' I didn't trust them. I documented every call I had to make. It took 4 calls and ONE MONTH later to get a refund of 19.99, BUT they stole $15.98 of shipping charges. I have called several times since and all they keep saying is they're letting Corporate know. I haven't bothered trying to contact 'Corporate' directly, I have decided to go directly to the Attorney General of New Jersey and strongly suggest anyone else who has had a problem with them DO THE SAME. This is out right thievery!
