Complaint Review: Telebrands - Internet Select State/Province

Hello and here is my story. I saw the advertisement on TV for the Aero Knife and made one of worst experiences en I decided to go online at aeroknife.com and order it. First of all before doing anything they get your card information first then as I ordered the advertised on TV it was supposed to be double the order for the same price, they also ask about a free shipping! No way! Anyway in the process of ordering they try to give you other stuff more options with discounts but I just hit no, no, no, at the end I got this page with my order total of 80.21 dollars, I was shocked. My order should be $10+ shipping and handling as seen on TV, I found out there were extra 5 knifed in the order, plus the second knife that was to go ith th first one as on TV doubling the order was charged also for $10. thought no problem will just take off the extra knives before I hit submit the order, but here is how they steal money. They have already submitted the order, in Other words, they don't give you a chance to review the order before submitting. Not only that but also they must use some trick to get the extra 5 knifes in the order, they trick you somehow that I don't even remember how it happened. I thought all good, I will just call them and have them cathrower order. I call and hey on their customer service are only guys and girls from India. The guy answered and I tell him the story and how the order has extra 5 knifes and why I didn't get a chance to review th order before submitting, th guy apologizes and says these things happen, he tells me he can only place the order on hold and after 48 hours paces I can call them back and they will canncel the order, he takes all details of credit card number And gives me a confirmation number. After 48 hours exactly I called and another guy answered and he says Sr I apologize but your order have been processed, why! How! I give him the confirmation from the guy who placed it on hold but all he says Sr I apologizget and he offers me $15 discount, I say No! What would I do with all these he suggested that I give to friends as gifts, here I started getting pissed off, I hang up and call again different guy same thing but this guy adds something to it and says th order has been already picked up by Usps, there we go, I hang up and call one , more time and a girl answers thank God! and I explain to her all the story and she apologizes as well and that the order is allready picked up by Usps, ah and she only offer $10 discount, I think when you call them they put what they said to you on your info so when you call again they already know what they have told you and she even offed less than the other two guys! Anyway she said my only option is to reject the order and they will refund me totall minus shipping in35 business days, I receiv the order, first of all the knifes are not what I ordered, second my receipt total is 80.21 and they charged me with 81.51. Do I trust them to return the order NoNoNo. I call them after receiving tell them they are not even what Ji have ordered, Sr we Apologize but they are better quality and you can surprise your friends by giving them knives, this is a rip off, from beggining to end, and there is the 15 gift Card you can only use on. Telebrands.com, but they made fifteen so that if you buy anything you will still need your credit card to pay the extra and they will rip you off again. I have had it with thm and hope there is away that other people will not fall victems for them as me.
