Telebrands - Maker Of Ped Egg Ripped me off for $49 Internet New York
I called the 800 number to order a Ped Egg - I was put through a 15 minute call that I could not disengage myself from. During the course of the call, they offered me everything from additonal Ped Eggs, to Super Ped Eggs, to replacement blades, emery boards, foot cream and even jewelry - I declined every offer. I was so disgruntled by the sales tactics that I called the next day and tried to cancel the order. This process has taken weeks to accomplish.
Then I get a package in the mail and a notification that my credit card has been charged for $49 for the cheap amethyst jewelry that I declined to order. I called that 800 number and was told I could return it at my own expense, and they will refund the price but not the shipping and handling. So, I have to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling and $2.00 to return the item and I didn't even order it. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM TELEBRANDS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF JUST LIKE THEY DID ME.
