I ordered a dog harness from a TV add to be priced at $9.95. When I ordered online they wanted my credit card info from the start, I thought this was unusual. I entered info and was sent to another screen to choose item desired. There were many options to upgrade and increase the order with a box to say "NO THANKS".  I chose the no thanks box each time only to fine at the end of the process all of those items were on my order with no way to remove them,  my card was charged $54.92 cents including shipping.  I called right away to cancel order and was told I had to wait 72 hours to show in their system. After that time I cancelled the order and was told the item was on backorder anyway.  4 days later the items arrived and I immediately called to get a return number/form. I did this and finally got a fax number to send shipping cost receipt to get my $10.00 shipping cost back. The post office confirmed acceptence of item at their end 7 days later.  I called to ask about receipt and they didn't have it on record yet.  15 days later they finally acknowledged but only after I gave them the postal confirmation numbers. They said refund on my card would be within 7 business days. This was back in August and still no refund.  Still waiting after call October 1st 2011.  Don't buy from these people!
