If Tony D'Amico wants the name of someone he ripped off then I'll provide mine,Brian Wilson. If anyone wants my email address or more facts that tony D'Amico rips people off I have emails I can post that show him admitting his debt to me,assuring he will pay his long overdue bill then sending me a false UPS tracking # that was supposed to contain the check. Ok Tony now explain to everyone what an upright guy you are,the floor is open for your explaination.

And once again, yet another anonymous posting.  If you have some comment to make, then at least do it in the open, dont hide behind a name like "Ex-employee / screwedbyu".

As for your comments relative to Tim, he stands by me 100% relative to these false allegations. If you don't believe this then call and ask to speak with him. If you are an ex-employee you have the number, if not it is listed.  It was Tim who convinced me to respond to these allegations.

Have you noticed that none of my challenges to "Sucker'd" have been responded to? Guess they had no validity.

And, as far as I know "screwedbyu" might be an ex-employee as he/she alleges that in the context of the fake name used.  Again, if this is the case, I can't tell you if this ex-empoyee was terminated or resigned. However, I can tell you the he/she doesn't have the courage to give a real name. Sheilded by a fake name, he/she is free to lie all you want.

Isn't it amazing how much courage one can muster when they hide who they really are?

As far as I know, you and "sucker'd" are the same person and that is what i really suspect.

So as I did with "suckered",  provide examples of...

1. What you are referring to when you use the term "sudo legalize"?

2. How I have cheated people?

As for the lawsuit you reference, that is a matter of public record.  A legitimate business dispute and claim on which we, regrettably, did not prevail.  And I might mention that was fully satisfied.  The decision to defend the claim was on the advice of legal counsel and senior management consensus.

So reveal yourself!  Don't continue to hide behind fake names.

As you see I have been forthright from the beginng as to my real identity as well as asking for proof of the allegations made on here.  I have nothing to hide, unlike the accusers.

If you do not reveal your true identity, then I as well as anyone reading your posting will know that your claims have no basis in fact.  Most likely, you are an ex-employee who was terminated with cause.

The person writing the complaints hit the nail on the head.
