Teliflex ripoff, scam, rude and dishonest Holiday Florida
Teliflex is a pain in the a*s. Right when I received the trial, I instantly called them right away to cancel, but yet i was still charged with an amount of $49.95. I called Teliflex and they said i never canceled the trial, but I did, its also stated in my phone bill, that i did make the call, but they still insisted that i never called and cancel. grrrr.
Anyways, the Teliflex said that they will refund the $49.95 and that it will take 3-5 business days to process. And so i waited, never received my refund, so i called again to inquire and they said that I was suppose to send a letter for a refund and that they never do refunds on the phone. They said my only option is to send a letter or get a $100 voucher on something... grrr.
I am seriously losing my mind here, I am going to my bank tomorrow and hopefully they can help me resolve this issue. Someone needs to put an end to these companies.
