I thought that this was a mistake when I first heard it from Bellsouth. It was by accident that I was trying to find out about *57 and the customer service agent commented that they saw that I made a lot of calls to Sweden. I thought this was ridiculous because I do NOT make any calls to Sweeden, nor do I have the means to since I have no long distance service on my phone. She told me the times and dates - 4 charges in all on 1/14-1/16. All to the same number 46856313113 in Sweden.

When I called this company, because Bellsouth provided me the number to call, I was greeted after a 17 minute wait on hold with a very rude customer service agent who told me that the calls were from a dial up internet page and then rattled off what these sites could have been. When I asked her why I am just NOW receiving this bill *Almost March when the "calls" were apparently made in January*, she laughed and said "I don't know what your billing cycle is, Ma'am."

Not only was I extremely outraged by her attitude, I am shocked by the amount of my phone bill *Normally $48.00, which is now $214.88 thanks to these charges. I was sure that this was an isolated case, but I am so relieved that I am not the only one that this is happening to.

Can anyone please tell me what to do about this? I did not make these calls, and of course, I am not going to pay them, but how do I go about getting these charges reversed?? I have the address and number that Paul wrote earlier, but is there anything else that I should do?
