i got scammed by these guys too.
they hardly ever returned calls. they just kept in touch enough to keep you trusting them a little bit.
just to keep you uncertain if you should try to pursue a refund or legal action or visit their office.
now the office is empty.
i'm in touch with the NCDA, SCPD and NCPD.

Goto "Criminal Complaint Unit and Consumer Information"
Goto "General Complaint Form"
mail them the form and your proof of payment (copy cancel check etc)
please mail the completed form to the above address or call 516-571-3505 and other arrangements will be made so that your complaint can be reviewed.
