Tempthing I ordered their slimming undergarments in December. The XL size would barely fit a Barbie doll. For six months I've been trying to get a replacement product, since they won't issue a refund. They have sent several "tracking numbers" that lead to nowhere. I still have nothing.
I ordered their slimming undergarments in December. The XL size would barely fit a Barbie doll. For six months I've been trying to get a replacement product, since they won't issue a refund. They have sent several "tracking numbers" that lead to nowhere. I still have nothing.
Customer service has been polite, but useless. No matter what they say and how long it should take, it should not take six months to get replacement product. I no longer even want the items, I'd like a refund.
